摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定玉叶清火胶囊中栀子苷的含量。方法采用Welch Materials XB-C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(30∶70),检测波长为238nm。结果此方法线性关系良好,平均加样回收率为99.0%。结论此方法简便、快捷、准确,可用于测定玉叶清火胶囊中栀子苷的含量。OBJECTIVE To establish a HPLC method for the determination of geniposide in Yuye Qinghuo Capsule.METHODS The HPLC method was used at Welch Materials XB-C18 column（4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was of methanol-water（30∶70）.The detective wavelength was 238 nm.RESULTS The linearity of this method was good with the average recovery of 99.0%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick and accurate.It can be used for the determination of the content of geniposide in Yuye Qinghuo Capsule.
