不同材质埋线法治疗颈椎病患者不良反应的比较研究

摘　　要：目的比较不同材质微创埋线法治疗颈椎病患者不良反应的差异。方法 92例颈椎病患者均取颈椎两侧夹脊穴(C3/C5/C7),左右共6穴。规定左侧3穴为PDS线组,接受PDS*Ⅱ(普迪思)线穴位埋植,右侧3穴为羊肠线组,接受羊肠线进行穴位埋植。比较治疗后、治疗1周后、治疗2周后患者双侧埋线穴位部位压痛、红肿、硬结3种不良反应的差异。结果 2种材质穴位埋线治疗后即刻出现压痛、硬结、红肿等不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);2种材质穴位埋线治疗1周后,羊肠线组出现压痛、硬结、红肿等不良反应明显多于PDS线组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);2种材质穴位埋线治疗2周后,羊肠线组出现压痛、硬结红肿明显多于PDS线组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论 PDS线作为穴位埋线的埋植材料,其不良反应发生率低于羊肠线,是一种优良的埋植材料。OBJECTIVE To compare different materials for embedding and its adverse effects on patients with cervical spondylosis.METHODS 6 acupoints（C3/C5/C7 at both left and right） 92 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected.It was required 3 points at left side were PDS group,which received PD S＊II embedding and 3 points at right side were surgical gut group,which received surgical gut embedding.Three adverse effects,including tender pain,reddish swelling and scleroma of patients right after treatment,1 wk after treatment and 2 wks after treatment were compared.RESULTS Three adverse effects happened right after the treatment in both materials for embedding,which showed no significant difference（P0.05）;three adverse effects happened 1 wk after treatment in surgical gut group were obviously more than PDS group with significant difference（P0.01）;three adverse effects happened 2 wk after treatment in surgical gut group were obviously more than PDS group with significant difference,three adverse effects happened 1 wk after treatment in surgical gut group were obviously more than PDS group with significant difference（P0.05,P0.01）.CONCLUSION PDS,as an embedding material for acupoint embedding,has less adverse effects occurrence rate compared with surgical gut,thus making it a good material for embedding.
