摘　　要：目的通过观察清热解毒、宣肺化痰、养阴清肺3种治法对流感病毒感染小鼠肺组织形态学改变的影响,进一步验证3种治法治疗流感病毒性肺炎作用的有效性。方法选择3种治法的中药复方代表,并设利巴韦林为阳性对照,观察其对流感病毒感染小鼠肺组织形态学变化。结果 3种治法均能减轻流感病毒所致小鼠肺损伤的形态学变化。结论 3种治法均能有效减轻流感病毒所致小鼠肺病理损伤。OBJECTIVE To further confirm the effectiveness of three therapeutic methods（clearing away heat and relieving toxin,proclaims lung and removing phlegm,nourishing yin and tonifying lung） on the treatment of flu viral pneumonia,through observing the influence of these three methods on morphological alternation in lung tissue of mouse infected by influenza virus.METHODS Select Traditional Chinese Medicine compound representative of these three methods,set ribavirin as positive contrast,and observe its influence on morphological alternation in lung tissue of mouse infected by influenza virus.RESULTS These three methods all can reduce the morphological alternation caused by influenza virus.CONCLUSION Three methods all can effectively reduce the pathological damage on lung caused by influenza virus.
