摘　　要：设计一种应用于工业现场的新型传感器数据记录系统.硬件部分采用高分辨率、宽动态范围的16位∑-△A D芯片AD7705采集传感器数值,AD7705通过SPI总线和微控制器S3C2440A互联;软件部分选用嵌入式Linux操作系统,以图形化编程语言QT实现应用程序.该系统应用于汽车弹片弹力测试系统,直接采集弹力传感器数值,通过触摸屏实时显示和控制生产,完全满足工业现场的高精度需求,在环境监测等领域有着较高的工程应用价值.A new sensor data recording system applied in the industrial field is designed.The hardware uses the high resolution,wide dynamic range 16 bit ∑-Δ chip AD7705 to acquire the sensor data,AD7705 links the microcontroller S3C2440A by SPI bus.Its software uses Linux as embedded operating system,and graphical programming language QT is chosen to design the application.The system is applied to the auto spring elastic testing system,acquiring directly the elastic sensor data,real-time displaying and controlling through the touch screen,meeting completely the high precision demands in the industrial field,having high engineering value in the other fields such as environmental monitoring.
