摘　　要：该文介绍了电磁兼容领域中EMC电磁兼容测试仪器,详细论述了EMC电磁兼容测试仪器校准过程中不确定度评定要点,并以浪涌发生器为例对开路输出电压峰值、短路输出电流峰值、电压波前时间等校准参数进行完整的不确定度分析,并给出了不确定度评定结果。The article describes the EMC electromagnetic compatibility test instruments in the field of electro-magnetic compatibility.Discuss the uncertainty evaluation points in EMC electromagnetic compatibility test instrument calibration process in detail.And the surge generator as an example,complete uncertainty analysis of the calibration parameters of the open-circuit output voltage peak,the peak of the short-circuit output cur- rent, voltage wavefront time.Finally give the uncertainty evaluation results.
