摘　　要：分析了胶鞋生产线炼胶机工况,介绍了电动机能耗分布和轻载降压节能原理,论述了炼胶机动态功率跟踪节能控制系统组成和控制策略等关键技术。Analyzed the rubber production line of rubber mixing machine, introduced the motor energy consumption distribution and light load energy- saving principle, discussed the composition and control strategy of rubber mixing machine dynamic power tracking energy - saving control system.
