摘 要:目的探讨壮族矽肺患者转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)T+869C、G+915C位点多态性分布状况。方法随机选择汉族、壮族健康未接触矽尘工人各30例,壮族接触矽尘工人42例,汉族接触矽尘工人43例,壮族矽肺患者40例,汉族矽肺患者30例。用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法检测TGF-β1T+869C、G+915C位点多态性。结果各组T+869C位点上TT、TC、CC 3种基因型构成比比较差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05);各组G+915C位点基因型均为GG。结论尽管TGF-β1可能参与了矽肺的发生、转归过程,但汉族、壮族人员,TGF-β1的这种功能似乎与其基因上的T+869C、G+915C位点上的突变无关。Objective To explore the distribution of TGF-β1T +869C and G +915C polymorphism in silicosis patients of Zhuang nationality. Methods Two hundred and fifteen workers were randomly selected into the study,includlng 30 healthy cases of Han nationality and 30 healthy cases of Zhuang nationality who didn't expose to dust,42 dust-exposure cases of Zhuang nationality,43 dust-exposure cases of Han nationality,d0 silicosis cases of Zhuang nationality and 30 silicosis cases of Zhuang nationality. PCR-RFLP was used to detect the polymorphism of TGF-β1 T + 869C and G + 915C locus. Results The frequency of three genotypes of TF,TC ,CC at T + 869C locus showed no significant difference among all the groups( all P 〉0.05). The genotype of each group at G +915C locus was GG. Conclusion TGF-β1 might involve in the occurrence and outcome of silicosis, which is not correlated with the mutation at TGF-β1T + 869C and G + 915C locus in Han or Zhuang population.
