固高运动控制卡在指形铣刀五轴数控磨床中的应用研究

摘　　要：以固高运动控制卡为核心,提出了一种应用到指形铣刀刃磨机设备上,由PC机+固高GE-400-SV运动控制卡+伺服电机构成的开放式数控系统,对硬件和软件部分分别作了概述。硬件部分主要介绍了这种应用于指形铣刀刃磨机上的开放式系统的结构特征、整体规划,软件部分主要介绍了固高运动控制卡动态连接库函数的使用和初始化程序设计,并指出了这种开放式数控系统在专用数控机床上应用的广阔前景。Based on googol motion control card, a new kind of open CNC system is proposed, which is made up of PC, GE - 400-SV motion control card and servo motor. It can be used to finger milling cutter grinding machine. Hardware and software of this system are introduced in this paper. Structure characteristics and overall planning of the open system for finger milling cutter grinding machine are mainly presented in hardware. Use of googol motion control card DLL and ini- tialization program design are also put forward in software. Open CNC system can be widely used in special NC machine.
