摘　　要：利用Pro/E软件的参数特征建模功能从齿轮滚刀的加工原理分析滚刀的结构,先设计滚刀基本形体,再切出滚刀的螺旋槽,最后创建滚刀的容屑槽,实现齿轮滚刀精确的三维造型设计。并通过修改相关参数的值创建同类的其他齿轮滚刀模型,提高了同类产品的设计效率。The use of Pro / E software modeling capabilities of parameters characteristic of the processing principle from the analysis of gear hobs hob＇s structure, the first basic shape of the design of hob, hob and then cut out the spiral groove, and finally create a hob flute, the gear hob accurate three-dimensional design. By modifying the relevant parame- ters and values to create similar models of other gear hob, designed to improve the efficiency of similar products.
