益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病冠心病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气养阴活血法治疗糖尿病冠心病的临床疗效。方法:将93例糖尿病冠心病患者随机分为治疗组(49例)和对照组(44例)。对照组予以西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予以中医益气养阴活血法治疗,疗程均为6个月。观察两组的中医证候疗效、糖化血红蛋白水平和胰岛素抵抗指数的变化。结果:治疗组和对照组的中医证候疗效总有效率分别为67.3%和14.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患者的糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),而对照组较治疗前则无显著差异(P>0.05),且治疗组的糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:益气养阴活血法可改善糖尿病冠心病患者的临床症状,改善其胰岛素抵抗状态。Objective ： To observe the clinical efficacy of supplementing qi, enriching yin and activating blood method for the treatment of diabetic heart disease. Methods： Ninety-three cases were randomized into two groups： control group in which 44 cases were treated by conventional western medicine therapy and treatment group in which 49 cases were treated by combination of supplementing qi, enriching yin and activating blood method with conventional western medicine therapy, with the course of 6 months. The curative effects of Chinese medicine, level of HBALC and insulin resistance index were observed in both groups. Results： The overall effective rate was 67.3% in treatment group and 14.3% in control group, with a difference between the two groups （ P 〈0.05 ）. After treatment, the HBALC level and insulin resistance index were decreased significantly in treatment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, no significant difference was found in control group between before and after treatment （P 〉0.05 ）, and the HBALC level and insulin resistance index in treatment group were lower than those in control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Supplementing qi, enriching yin and activating blood method can improve the clinical symptoms and insulin resistance in patients with diabetic heart disease.
