雄性不育剂对农田害鼠的防控效果

摘　　要：在山西五台县研究了0.25 mg/kg雷公藤甲素颗粒剂对以长尾仓鼠(Cricetulus longicaudatus)为优势鼠种的农田害鼠群落的抗生育效果。结果表明,投放试验药剂后,随着时间的推移,害鼠的雌体繁殖率在逐渐减少,亚成体所占的比例明显下降,农田害鼠群落的种群密度下降了63.49%。说明该药剂可在较长时间内控制害鼠种群的繁殖,抗生育的综合效果显著;在农田的适口性较好,具有较高的安全性,因此,可在农田大面积使用防治害鼠。The control effect of 0.25 mg/kg of triptolide infertility agents to field mice in Wutai County,Shanxi where mainly exist Cricetulus longicaudatus in field was studied.The results showed that the rate of female procreation gradually reduced after the agents were applied.And the rate of non-adult rodents remarkably decreased.The rate of control reached 63.49%.These results showed that the agents could control female procreation for a long time.Besides,food-intake coefficient of the agents was good and also safe in field.So the agents could be used on a large scale in the field mice control.
