高粱壳生物蛋白饲料在养猪业中的应用

摘　　要：用高粱壳作发酵底物、白地霉与黑曲霉作发酵菌种,经双菌种固体三级混合发酵研制成高粱壳生物蛋白饲料,该产品蛋白质含量高达21.7%,细菌总数45亿个/g;用该产品复配成全价配合饲料饲喂育肥猪,增质量比对照可提高17.8%,饲料利用率可提高7.6%,每头猪可增收44.21%。Using sorghum hull as fermentation substrate,Geotrichum candidum and Aspergillus niger as fermentation bacteria,sorghum bioprotein feed could be made through solid three shallow fermentation.In this feed,the protein is as high as 21.7%,and total bacterial count 4.5×10^9/g.With this reagent compound into a complete feed for finishing pigs,17.8% increase in weight gain than in the control,7.6% feed utilization increase and 44.21% income increase per pig.
