摘　　要：从电子喇叭的基本概念入手,介绍其工作原理、性能对比、检验标准和寿命要求等。然后对近3000个电子喇叭的拆解分析以及大量的整车试验验证,汇总分析了7种电子喇叭常见失效模式,并对每种失效模式的改进方法予以总结。还以电子喇叭冬季低温异响失效为例介绍了问题的分析过程,提供了售后质量问题分析和改进的思路。The basic concept of electronic horn and its work principle, test standard, perform- ance comparison and request are brief introduced. Then according to past 7 years work experience and almost 3000 horns＇ analysis and lots of vehicle tests, 7 electronic horn failure modes are summarized, and then their improvement methods are introduced. And an example is given： horn abnormal sound at low temperature to introduce issue analysis process and improvement thoughts in warranty analysis stage.
