摘　　要：介绍薛慈民教授治疗桥本甲状腺炎的临床经验。早期以热毒郁结为主,治以清热解毒、疏肝养阴;中期痰凝气滞血瘀并见,治以健脾化痰、理气散瘀;后期以脾肾阳虚为主,治以温补脾肾、化痰散瘀。This paper introduces professor Xue Cimin＇ s experience in the differentiation and treatment of Hashimoto＇ s thyroiditis. In-the early stage, Hashimoto＇ s thyroiditis is caused by heat toxin and depression, and treated by clearing heat toxin, releasing liver and enriching yin ; in the middle stage, Hashimoto＇ s thyroidi- tis is caused by phlegm and blood-stasis, and treated by nourishing the spleen and resolving phlegm, moving qi and dissipating blood-stasis; in the late stage, Hashimoto＇ s thyroiditis is caused by spleen-kidney yang deficiency, and treated by warming the spleen and kidney, resolving phlegm and blood-stalls.
