真武汤加味结合常规疗法治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察真武汤加味治疗阳虚水泛型慢性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法将60例CHF患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例;对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组采用西医常规结合真武汤加味治疗,疗程14天。观察两组临床疗效、证候积分、彩色超声心动图指标、脑钠肽(BNP)变化。结果治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏输出量(SV)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)、左室收缩末期容积(LVESV)均有明显改善(P<0.05,P<0.01),且治疗组的改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血浆BNP水平显著降低(P<0.01),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论真武汤加味可以改善慢性心力衰竭患者心脏功能、降低BNP水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of modified “Zhenwu Decoction” in the treatment of chronic heart failure （CHF） of yang deficiency and wa- ter accumulation. Methods Sixty subjects were randomized into two groups ： control group in which 30 cases were treated by routine therapy, and treatment group in which 30 cases were treated by modified “Zhenwu Decoction” and routine therapy, with a course of 14 days. The clinical efficacy, symptoms score, colour Doppler ultrasound echocardiography and brain natriuretic peptide（BNP） were observed. Results The clinical efficacy was better in the treatment group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ） ; after treatment the left ventricular ejection fraction（ LVEF）, stroke volume （SV）, left ventricular end-diastolic volume （LVEDV） and left ventricular end-systolic volume（LYES~） were obviously improved in both groups（ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） , with more significant improvement in the treat- ment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; plasma BNP were obviously reduced in both groups（ P 〈 0.01 ）, lower in the treatment group than in the control group（ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Modified “Zhenwu Decoction”is effective to treat chronic heart failure and reduce BNP.
