养正除积法辨治胃淋巴瘤临床体会

摘　　要：介绍胃淋巴瘤的中医辨治体会。认为胃淋巴瘤的主要病机特点为"正气不足,脾胃虚弱","积之所生,得寒而生","气不成形,痰食与血";治疗原则为"养正为先,调脾为要,兼消痰瘀"。This article introduces the clinical experience in the differentiation and treatment of gastric lymphoma. It is held that gastric lymphoma results from phlegm and blood-stasis and following mass on the basis of healthy qi deficiency and spleen-stomach weakness ; and its treatment should concentrate on nourishing the spleen and enriching healthy qi, and resolving phlegm and blood-stasis as well.
