促性腺激素释放激素拮抗剂在辅助生殖技术中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)拮抗剂是一种GnRH类似物,作为一种新的控制性超排卵药物,由于其抑制黄体生成素峰迅速,有良好的临床效果,可减少卵巢过度刺激综合征发生率,提高辅助生殖技术的安全性,在辅助生殖技术超排卵中发挥重要作用。随着临床应用GnRH拮抗剂经验的积累,相信该方案有可能成为辅助生殖技术中常规的控制性超排卵方案之一。The gonadotropin releasing hormone（GnRH）antagonist is an analogue of GnRH.It is a new type of medicine for controlled ovarian hyperstimulation,which has played an important role in the hyperstimulation of assisted reproductive technology because of its quick and complete inhibition of endogenous luteinizing hormone peak,its short medication time,smaller dosage and reduced ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome,and improvement of the safety of ART.With the accumulation of the experience,the clinical application of GnRH antagonist may become one of the conventional controlled ovarian hyperstimulation regimens in ART.
