摘　　要：反义药物是基因药理学的一个新领域,对于肿瘤、遗传病以及传染病的防治具有重要意义。随着近年来对端粒酶研究的深入,应用靶向端粒酶的反义药物治疗肿瘤成为热点,并且进展迅速。现主要就靶标为端粒酶的抗肿瘤反义药物的研究进展进行综述,具体介绍反义药物、端粒酶及以端粒酶为靶点的抗肿瘤反义药物最新研究进展,同时对反义药物抗肿瘤的临床应用前景进行展望。As a new territory of genetic pharmacology,antisense drugs have been promoting the development of tumor research as well as the study of genetic and infectious diseases.With the deepening study of telomerase,telomerase-targeted gene therapy for tumor is becoming a hot spot and has achieved more progress rapidly.Here is to make a review on the research development of anticancer antisense drugs targeting telomerase,which specifically introduces antisense drugs and telomerase and the latest research progress of anticancer antisense drugs targeting telomerase,as well as the prospect of the clinical application of antisense drugs for cancers.
