高龄大肠癌致急性肠梗阻38例患者的诊断与治疗分析

摘　　要：目的探讨高龄大肠癌致急性肠梗阻患者的临床特点及手术治疗效果。方法回顾性分析我院2007年1月至2011年12月收治的38例高龄大肠癌致急性肠梗阻患者的临床资料。结果手术治疗38例,右半结肠癌14例中13例行一期肠切除吻合术,左半结肠癌10例,一期肠切除吻合术2例,出现并发症11例,死亡2例。结论高龄大肠癌致急性肠梗阻一经确诊,应积极手术治疗,术式选择应根据具体情况决定。重视围术期处理是提高治愈率、改善患者预后的关键。Objective To investigate the clinical features and surgical treatment effect of aged intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma of 38 aged cases in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2011 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Among the 38 patients,13 patients（out of 14）underwent first-stage right hemicolectomy,2 patients（out of 10）underwent first-stage left hemicolectomy,11 patients had postoperative complications,2 deaths.Conclusion The aged intestinal obstruction caused by colorectal carcinoma should be given aggressive surgical treatment soon enough after diagnosis,and the surgery manner should be decided according to the actual situation.Enhancing the perioperative management is the key to improve the cure rate and prognosis.
