纤维支气管镜局部化疗加微波治疗中央型肺癌患者疗效评估分析

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维支气管镜局部化疗加微波治疗中央型肺癌患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法将52例中央型肺癌患者根据治疗适应证和家属意见分为两组,治疗组(26例)患者接受纤维支气管镜局部化疗加微波治疗,对照组(26例)患者仅进行局部化疗。观察两组的临床疗效和不良反应情况。结果治疗组患者平均药物注射3.4次,平均微波治疗3.6次,症状改善率88.46%,KPS评分提高率92.31%,纤维支气管镜下病灶好转率69.24%,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论纤维支气管镜局部化疗加微波治疗中央型肺癌近期效果肯定,能缓解患者的临床症状,解除阻塞,可明显提高患者的生活质量。Objective To study the therapeutic effects of combined therapy of medication and microwave through bronchofiberscope on central type lung cancer.Methods According to the treatment indications and families opinions,52 cases of central type lung cancer were divided into treatment group and control group.26 cases of treatment group were given combined therapy with local medication and microwave;26 cases of control group were given local medication.Results 26 cases of treatment group were treated with local medication by average 3.4 times and with microwave therapy by average 3.6 times.The symptom improvement rate was 88.46%,KPS increase rate was 92.31%,bronchofiberscope focus efficacy rate was 69.24%,which were statically significantly different from the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Bronchoscopy local chemotherapy plus microwave treatment of central lung cancer has affirmative short-period efficacy,which can relieve the clinical symptoms,relieve the blockage,and obviously improve the life quality of patients.
