摘　　要：探讨信息外溢性对上市公司和中小投资者的影响,结果显示:存在正的信息外溢性是一种好的制度设计的表现,既可以提高投资者收益,也可以适当的促进公司的健康成长,证券投资市场上的信息奖金与中小投资者行为、收益有着密切的关联。The text analyses the information overflowing influence for the stock company and the investor,the existence of the positive information overflowing is a kind of good system design,since it can raise investor income as well as appropriately promote the healthy growth of company,the information award on the investing market and investor income have a close connection,and the text puts forward a formula of the investor income.
