摘　　要：112例重型颅脑损伤 ,2 0例行非手术治疗 ,92例按损伤程度不同分别行开颅血肿清除、简易定位钻颅血肿碎吸术及亚冬眠疗法等综合治疗 ,结果存活 5 6例 ,存活率为 5 0 .0 % ,死亡 5 6例 ,病死率为 5 0 .0 %。观察发现GCS评分与病死率呈负相关 ,认为及早处理 ,密切观察病情争取手术时机 ,可以降低病死率。severe head injury patients were reported.20of them were treated conservatively.92 underwent hematoma evacuation by craniotomy,or blood clot breaking and suction drainage by simple orientation skull-perforation.In all these patients,subhibernation therapy was involved.The result showed that 56(50.0%)survived,ad 56(50.0%)died.The mortality was closely correlated with GCS.Thus,early and correct management was important to lowering mortality rate.
