少齿差行星齿轮在重障者洗浴辅具中的应用

摘　　要：对于重障者和长期卧床的病人,洗浴具有保持其肌肤的清洁卫生、促进表皮的血液循环、减少并发症的发生等功能,非常重要。由于重障者的特殊性,洗浴对于他们也是一个很大的难题。针对重障者日常生活中的洗浴困难和洗浴安全问题,在重障者辅助洗浴器具的研发过程中,考虑辅助洗浴器具的使用空间限制和特殊功能需求,使用渐开线少齿差行星齿轮原理设计了洗浴辅具的抬背屈腿机构,结合洗浴辅具整体的设计要求,对齿轮的参数进行具体设计,并进行干涉验证,得到了符合设计要求的一齿差行星齿轮机构。For the severely disabled people and bedridden patients,bathing is very important. Bathing can maintain their skin clean, promote skin blood circulation,and reduce other syndrome.Because of the particularity of the severely disabled people,bathing is also a big problem for them.Aiming at the bath difficulties and bath safety problem in daily life, and considering space limits and special functions re- quirements for bathing assistant device ,in the research of the bathing assistant device for the disabled peo- ple,a mechanism of carring back up and legs down is designed by using the theory of involute few teeth difference gear.Combined with the overall design requirements of the bathing assistant device,the gear pa- rameters is designed,a simulation of interference verification is carried on, and a one teeth difference gear mechanism is obtained to be consistent with the design requirements.
