摘  要:某厂严临界300MW机组在运行中#1轴承“Y”向轴振在负荷(230~250)MW时,#3高调阀开度为(20~30)%间突然增大,且随高调阀开度变化而波动,影响了机组安全运行。对此现象我们对该机组的振动进行监测,进行了故障分析,认为这种现象是由于#1轴承负荷偏低所致,根据现场实际情况,本着在不揭缸的情况下,尽量增大#1轴承负荷,而使动静间隙变化最小的原则,提出了降低#2轴承标高的处理建议,在C级检修中实施,机组启动后,#1轴承”Y”向振动最大值由原来的143μm降至108μm,取得了良好的效果。A sub-critical 300MW unit operated with #1 bearing "Y" axis vibration suddenly increased when the load was (230-250)MW,and the #3 IV opening degree was (20-30)% ,and #1 bearing"Y"axis vi- bration fluctuated with the change of CV openin~ which affected safe operation af the unit. In this regard, through monitoring the unit vibration,and failure analysis ,we considered that this phenomenon was due to the #1 bearing being in low loads.In accordance with the actual situation of the scene, with the spirit of not expos- ing cylinder,increasing the #1 bearing load to the greatest extent, changing least,#2 bearing elevation was proposed to get lower and get implemented in the start of the unit, the maximum "Y"axis vibration value of#1 bearing was which achieved good results. the gap of dynamic-static part the C-level maintenance.After from 143μm down to 108μm,which achieved good results.
