摘  要:自动化立体仓库是集物料搬运和仓储科学为一体的一门综合科学技术工程,由于它具有节省劳动力,作业迅速准确,提高保管效率,降低物流费用等优越性,因此受到了广泛的重视。为了能提高自动化立体仓库出入库作业的效率,实现自动化立体仓库管理和控制系统(WMCS)高可靠、易扩展、可复用的目标,提出了基于面向服务体系(SOA)架构的WMCS框架模型。在实际工程应用中表明,该模型有效的解决了库位分配、作业任务调度、仓储设备故障诊断等影响出入库作业效率问题,降低了企业的开发和后期维护成本。Automated warehouse, also known as AS/RS (Automatic Storage & Retrieval System, AS/ RS) ,is a comprehensive science and technology project of material-handling and storage.It has received extensive attention for its labor-saving,quickly an.d accurately working, efficiency and low logistics costs and other advantages.In order to improve the efficiency of storage and retrieval of Automated Warehouse and achieve the target of high reliability,reusability and scalability of Warehouse Management and Control System (WMCS),A WMCS framework model based on Service Oriented Architecture is established.In the actual application it shows that the model can effectively solve the problem of the efficiency of storage and retrieval of A utomated Warehouse affected by storage assignment,task scheduling and equipment fault diagnosis ,reducing the enterprise development and the later maintenance cost.
