摘 要:为了满足机械行业对液压油高效高精度净化的要求,研制先进的在线净油装置的变得愈加重要.对一种新型的净油装置——超重力旋流净油装置进行了相关的数值仿真。在研究超重力场污染物迁移特征的基础上,构建了超重力旋转床内部污染物多孔介质两相流模型,并通过计算流体力学软件FLUENT数值仿真出超重力旋转床内多相流体在动边界以及多孔介质中运动的流场分布情况,总结出超重力旋转床关键技术参数对分离效率的影响规律,为设计生产超重力旋流净油装置提供理论依据。To satisfy the demands of high effective and exact hydraulic oil purification in machinery industry, the development of advanced online oil purifier has become more and more important. This paper has carried out some related numerical simulations about HIGEE rotating oil purifier. On the basis of the research of the characteristics of pollution movement in HIGEE field, biphasic porous medium flow model of the pollution in the rotating packed bed was built, and by using FLUENT software the flow field distribution of the multiphase in the rotating packed bed which is on the condition of moving boundary and the porous media is simulated. The paper has evolved the influence rule of key technology parameters of the rotating packed bed to separating efficiency, and provided theory basis for designing and producing the oil purifier.
