摘 要:水压机通过主分配器中的插装式进水阀芯控制着进入压机高压水的流量,其流量-位移特性对水压机的动态特性、控制精度及锻造效率有重要影响。对最常用的插装式进水阀芯进行研究,综合了数学建模、Fluent三维流场分析、Matlab数值计算方法,优化其流量-位移非线性特性,并分析优化取得的结果对阀芯内流体压力场及速度场的影响。结果表明,所取得的优化结果能够使插装式进水阀芯的流量-位移特性逼近线性状态,同时使其压力场和速度场分布更为均匀。为通用水压机插装式进水阀芯流量-位移特性优化研究提供了新的理论和技术手段。The hydraulic press controls the flow of high-pressure water into the press by the cartridge inlet valve in the main distributor. The flow-displacement property of the inlet valves has a significant effect on the dynamic characteristics, control precision and forging efficiency. A research, which includes the methods of the mathematical modeling, the analysis on flow field by Fluent, and Matlab numerical computation, is done to the most commonly used cartridge inlet valves in this paper. The research optimizes the flow-displacement nonlinearity and analyses the effect of the results of the optimization on the pressure and speed fields. The results show that the method can make the flow-displacement property of the cartridge water valves be approximate linear state and, at the same time, make its pressure and velocity distributions more uniform. The research provides a new theory and technology for the optimization of flow-displacement property of the generally used inlet valves of the hydraulic press.
