多糖铁复合物与膳食指导对孕妇IDA的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察多糖铁复合物和膳食指导对孕妇缺铁性贫血(IDA)的疗效。方法 164例确诊为缺铁性贫血孕妇分为两组:多糖铁复合物组(118例)和非药物干预的膳食指导组(46例),随访12周。观察孕妇的血红蛋白(Hb)变化、临床症状以及不良反应。结果经铁剂治疗4周及8周后,多糖铁复合物组血红蛋白明显上升并高于膳食指导组(P<0.01),治疗8周时多糖铁复合物组总有效率为88.6%,膳食指导组28例(66.7%)血红蛋白无明显改善。多糖铁复合物组不良反应发生率为2.5%。结论多糖铁复合物可以治疗孕妇缺铁性贫血,不良反应轻。膳食指导不能治愈孕期缺铁性贫血。Objective To observe the effects of polysaccharideiron complex capsules and nutritional guidance for iron-deficiency anemia （IDA） during pregnancy. Methods One hundred and sixty-four gravidas with iron-deficiency anemia were divided into tow groups： polysaccharideiron complex treated group （118 cases） and nutritional guidance group （46 cases）. Hemoglobin, clinical symptoms and the adverse reactions were observed for 12 weeks. Results Hemoglobin levels of polysaccharideiron complex treated group were markedly higher than those before treatment, and also higher than nutritional guidance group （P 〈0.01） after four and eight weeks. The total cure rate was 88.6% in polysaccharideiron complex treated group. Hemoglobin remained unchanged in 28 （66.7%） patients of the nutritional guidance group. Adverse reaction rate in polysaccharideiron complex treated group was 2.5%. Conclusions Polysaccharideiron complex has good effect as an oral drug for treatment of iron-deficiency anemia in gravidas with fewer adverse reactions. Nutritional guidance can not cure iron-deficiency anemia during pregnancy.
