痔动脉结扎悬吊术治疗混合痔临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨痔动脉结扎悬吊术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法选择我科2011年1月至2011年12月期间收治的50例混合痔患者,采用痔动脉结扎悬吊术进行治疗,与另外50例(对照组)采用外剥内扎术治疗的患者作疗效对比,观察疗效差异。结果痔动脉结扎悬吊术组在术后肛门疼痛,术后肛门出血,平均住院时间与外剥内扎组相比,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痔动脉结扎悬吊术是一种有效的治疗混合痔的手术方式,远期疗效与外剥内扎术相似,而其术后肛门疼痛、出血及住院时间方面较外剥内扎术明显优越。Objective To observe the efficacy of the hemorrhoidal artery ligation suspension surgery. Methods Fifty patients with mixed hemorrhoids from January 2011 to December 2011 underwent the hemorrhoidal artery ligation suspension surgery （group A）, and the control group of 50 patients with mixed hemorrhoids underwent the external dissection and internal ligation （group B）, and we compared the effects of the two groups, then observed the difference in efficacy. Results The group A had significant difference compared with the group B on the postoperative anal, pain bleeding in the operation and hospitalization time, with statistical significance between group A and group B （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions The hemorrhoidal artery ligation suspension surgery is an effective surgical method for treating the mixed hemorrhoids. The long-term effect is similar to the external dissection and internal ligation, and significantly superior to the externaldissection and internal ligation on the postoperative anal pain, bleeding in the operation and hospitalization time.
