摘 要:[目的]研究桂醛、羟基香茅醛对小鼠离体皮肤透皮吸收率。[方法]采用静态渗透室装置,皮片涂药后不 同时间采样,样品中桂醛、羟基香茅醛采用GC法测定。[结果]桂醛、羟基香茅醛经离体小鼠皮的渗透率随时间的增 加而增加,24h后,桂醛、羟基香茅醛的渗透率分别为8.72%和3.82%。[结论]桂醛和羟基香茅醛都能透皮吸收。Objective ]: To study the permeability of cinnamic aldehyde and hydroxycitronellal through skins of mice in vitro. Methods: A static glass diffusion cell system was used. Samples were collected at different time after the commonperfumous were applied. The concentration of cinnamic aldehyde and hydroxycitronellal in the samples was measured by GC. [Results]: It showed that the permeabilities of cinnamic aldehyde and hydroxycitronellal through skins of mice gradually increased within the experiment time. The permeabilities of cinnamic aldehyude and hydroxycitronellal through the skins of mice at 24h post-application were 8. 72% and 3. 82% respectively. [Conclusion ]: Cinnamic aldehyude and hydroxycitronellal may be absorbed through skins of mice in vitro after there are applied.
