摘　　要：总结32例经桡动脉行冠脉介入治疗术后术肢肿胀的护理经验。主要是对术后手部血液循环及穿刺点的密切观察,及时发现术肢肿胀,及时正确处理和细心护理,对于保障和促进术后恢复起到了重要作用。This paper is the summary of the nursing experience of swelling of the surgical limb after coronary intervention via radial artery. We focused on the careful observation of the blood circulation and puncture point of surgical limb. Timely detection of the swelling of operative limb, correct handling and nursing may playe an important role in promoting postoperative recovery.
