摘  要:[目的]研究产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌在水源水中的分布、生物学性状及其致病性。[方法]在本地主要饮用水源设点、采样、培养致病性弧菌。分离、鉴定该菌过程中用营养琼脂斜面代替双糖铁琼脂取得良好效果。[结果]1994~1998年在水源水中相继检出17株产色素的革兰氏阴性弧状菌,经形态学、培养特性、生化学、血清学的系统鉴定,均符合非O1群霍乱弧菌的定义,动物实验等显示其有效强毒力。[结论]因该菌在硷性胆盐琼脂、营养琼脂斜面和血琼脂上培育后能产生水溶性褐色色素,故命名为产色素非O1群霍乱弧菌。Objective]: To study the distribution of non-of Vibrio cholerae pigmentogens in water and its biological characteristics and pathogenicity. [Methods ]: Samples were collected from local source of drinking water and cultured for pathogenic V. cholerae. Non-of V. cholerae wae isolated and identified with nutrient agar slant instead of KIA. [Results ]: Seventeen strains of V. cholerae producing pigment with negative Gram' s stain were detected in the source water in Lu 'an Prefecture, Anhui Province during 1994 to 1998, which could all met the definition ofnon- 01 V. cholerae in morphology, cultural characteristics, biochemistry, with systematic identification, Animal experiments showed that it had strong virulence. [Conclusion ]: These strains of V. choleraecultured in basic cholate,nutrient agar slant and blood agar could produce brown pigment, so it was called non-of V. cholerae pigmentogens.
