摘  要:目的探讨中医健康教育对前列腺增生患者相关专业知识的了解程度和自身病情的认知能力的影响。方法选取诊断为前列腺增生的患者160例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组各80例;对照组入院后由责任护士进行常规入院教育宣讲;试验组入院后在责任护士常规入院宣讲的基础上再进行前列腺增生疾病中医专业知识健康教育,并在住院治疗期间注重学用结合,以加深患者对前列腺增生疾病的了解。在两组患者出院时再次进行前列腺增生疾病相关知识问卷调查。结果经过中医健康教育后,试验组对前列腺增生疾病相关知识熟悉和了解的患者比例明显高于对照组,两组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论中医健康教育干预措施可有效提高患者对前列腺增生疾病相关专业知识的了解程度及自身病情的认知能力,提高患者的自护能力。Objective To investigate the impact of TCM health education nursing in the cognitive abilities of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) on the level of understanding of the relevant expertise and the disease. Methods 160 patients with BPH were randomly divided into two groups: the control group was preached with regular admission education by the responsible nurse, while the experimental group was preached with TCM health education on BPH in addition to the regular admission education by the responsible nurse and focused on the combination of knowledge and practice to deepen the understanding of BPH. The discharged patients of two groups were re-questionnaired for BPH-related knowledge. Results The proportion of patients with familiarity or understanding of BPH-related knowledge in the experimental group was significantly higher after TCM health education, and the two groups were statistically different (P 〈0.05). Conclusion TCM health education interventions can enhance the cognitive abilities of patients with BPH about understanding of disease-related expertise and their own condition and improve their self-care abilities.
