细节护理在初产妇乳腺脓肿切开引流术后的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨初产妇乳腺脓肿患者在行切开引流术后应用细节护理方法后的效果分析。方法我科在2008年4月至2011年9月收治的128例初产乳腺脓肿患者,所有患者均行切开引流手术,随机分为对照组64例,实施常规护理方法;观察组64例,实施细节护理。结果观察组接受细节护理后在疼痛程度、紧张心理舒缓时间、伤口愈合方面效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论细节护理有助于促进初产妇乳腺脓肿切开引流手术后的康复,提高患者的舒适度,具有良好的临床护理效果。Objective To explore the effect of detail emphasized nursing for primiparas with mammary abscess after the surgery of incision and drainage. Methods 128 primiparas with mammary abscess admitted to our department during April, 2008 and September, 2011 underwent the surgery of incision and drainage. All the patients were randomized into control group and observation group. 64 patients in the control group received routine nursing and 64 patients in the observation group received detail emphasized nursing. Results The observation group receiving detail emphasized nursing showed a less degree of pain, shorter time to ease psychological tension and shorter time to heal for wotmds than the control group, with statistically significant difference （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Detail emphasized nursing contributes to the rehabilitation for primiparas with mammary abscess after the surgery of incision and drainage. Patients＇ degree of comfort increased, revealing favorable effect of clinical nursing.
