摘　　要：针对双剑杆丝绒织机生产经起绒织物存在的绒面剖伤疵点问题,从其割绒原理着手分析了上下两层织物的受力情况,探讨了绒面割破情况及其影响因素,给出了相应的解决措施,并取得了很好效果。For the double rapiers velvet loom cutting defects in the production process of velveteen fabric, the force of the upper and lower layers fabric were analyzed. The suede cutting and influencing factors were studied based on the cutting principle. Finally the solving measures were given and reached well effect.
