摘　　要：城市基础地理信息数据库是数字城市地理空间框架的核心,如何对数据库中城市大比例尺地理数据进行统一高效的管理,促进数字城市资源共享,健全数字城市地理空间框架体系,是迫切需要解决的问题。本文以湖北省某些数字城市基础地理信息数据库的建设为例,介绍了城市基础地理信息数据库管理系统的设计方法和思路。Urban fundamental geographic information database is the core of geographic spatial framework of digital city. It is a urgently resolved issue how to high--efficiently manage the large--scale data of digital city, share resource of digital city, and perfect geographic spatial framework system of digital city. This paper discusses the design method of urban fundamental geographic information database management system, taking the construction of fundamental geographic information database of digital city in Hubei province for example.
