摘　　要：科技企业孵化器是培育和扶植高新技术中小企业的服务机构,是培育高科技企业和科技企业家的学校。南宁市生物医药科技企业孵化器作为专业性的孵化器,对于推动南宁市生物医药产业乃至整个经济的发展有重大作用,同时也存在着多种风险隐患。文章结合南宁市生物医药科技企业孵化器项目的基本情况,运用鱼翅图试图对该项目风险进行识别并提出防范措施。Science ＆ Technology Business Incubator is the service agency of nurtm^ing and fostering high-tech SMEs and the school of nurturing high-tech SMEs and entrepreneurs. As a professional incubator, Nanning Biomedical Science ＆ Technology Business Incubator project have a major role for promoting development of Nanning biomedical industry and the whole economy. Also the~ are a variety of potential risks in this project, On the basis of the basic situation of the Nanning Biomedical Science ＆ Technology Business Incubator project, this paper tried to identify risks of the project and propose preventive measures by using Shark Fin Figalre.
