生物反馈疗法治疗出口梗阻型便秘25例临床护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨生物反馈疗法治疗出口梗阻型便秘患者的临床护理方法。方法:对25例出口梗阻型便秘患者给予生物反馈治疗,并实施心理护理、保持良好依从性、饮食与活动护理等针对性措施。结果:25例患者中显效14例(占56%),有效6例(占24%),无效5例(占20%),总有效率为80%。结论:综合护理有助于生物反馈疗法更好地应用于临床。Objective ：To explore the clinical nursing methods in the treatment of patients with outlet obstruction constipation by biofeed- back therapy. Methods ：25 patients with outlet obstruction constipation were treated with biofeedback therapy and given psychological and diet care to maintain good compliance. Results：In these 25 patients,it was effectual in 14 cases （56%）, effective in 6 cases （24%） ,inef- fective in 5 cases （20% } , the total effective rate was 80%. Conclusion：The comprehensive nursing care can contribute to clinical applica- tion of the biofeedback therapy.
