工程项目多因素风险的分配方法研究

摘　　要：从定量研究的角度对工程项目多因素风险分配问题进行了分析。通过建立评价各项目参与方风险责任的评估指标,确定风险分配的评价因素集,利用模糊综合评判的方法求出了项目各参与方的综合风险分配系数,给出了各个项目参与方风险损失分配的计算方法及相应算例。Construction project risk allocation is one of the problems which all the project participants highly regard.The qualitative method is adopted in previous studies.This article gives a new quantitative analysis method.On the basis of studying the principles of project risk allocation,we establish the evaluating indicator that evaluates the risk carrying capacities of all the project participants.The evaluating factor set in the risk allocation is determined,the integrated risk allocation coefficients of all the project participants are calculated in the method of fuzzy integrated evaluation,and the method to compute the risk loss of each project participant is proposed.This method clears the risk responsibility of each project participant quantitatively,and provides a new train of thought in the research of project risk allocation.A case is given in the article to explain the application of the method.
