摘　　要：分析了民族特需品数字化的原则,将其概括为:公益性、标准化、多语种、特色性四个方面。从利用模式识别技术、虚拟现实技术、元数据模型、多民族文字信息处理技术、数字版权管理技术等方面论述了民族特需品数字化建设的方法。Digitalization of special necessities for ethnic minorities is an important measure for developing information industry of national regions.But now there are not unified norms and standards,and there are many management departments,and the repeated construction is serious.It requires two levels from the principles and method specifications.Firstly,in this paper we analyze the principles of digitalization,which includes public welfare,standardization,multilanguage,characteristic.Secondly,we discusse the methods based on pattern recognition technology,virtual reality technique,metadata model,national information processing technology,digital copyright management technique and so on.
