摘　　要：介绍了以溴胺酸和对十二烷基苯胺为原料经乌尔曼及反应合成卡普纶蓝BS的方法。本工艺采用最佳配比的复合催化剂,以水和乙醇混合溶剂为介质,在缩合体系中加入阳离子表面活性剂为乳化剂,磺化时采用适宜浓度的发烟硫酸,具有收率高,质量好等特点,缩合收率达98.7%。This paper introduces the bromine amino acid and dodecylbenzene amine as raw materials by the Ullmann reaction synthesis methods of Kapron blue BS. This process uses the best ratio of the composite catalyst, With water and ethanol mixed solvent for medium, In the condensation system to join cationic surfactants for emulsifier, Sulfonated using fuming sulfuric acid of suitable concentration, With high yield, good quality, condensation yield of 98. 7%.
