摘  要:为节约制备普通混凝土人工鱼礁所需的天然砂、石等矿产资源,同时实现钢渣、矿渣的综合利用,试验利用70%矿渣粉、10%钢渣粉、10%水泥熟料、10%脱硫石膏作为胶凝材料,利用热闷-选铁处理后的钢尾渣作为混凝土的粗、细骨料,制备了标准养护28d抗压强度为72.6MPa、海水浸泡240d抗压强度为96.2MPa的绿色人工鱼礁混凝土。钢渣-矿渣基绿色人工鱼礁混凝土表观密度为2926 kg/m3;经过7d碳化该人工鱼礁混凝土表面pH值为8.3,接近普通海水的pH值。试验对钢渣-矿渣基绿色人工鱼礁混凝土中镉、汞、砷等重金属含量进行了检测,结果表明该人工鱼礁混凝土中重金属含量均低于国家标准《土壤环境质量标准》中二级土壤重金属含量上限值,钢渣-矿渣基绿色人工鱼礁混凝土具有安全可用性。In order to reduce the raw materials such as the sand and the gravel in the preparation of concrete artificial reefs and realize the comprehensive utilization of steel slag and blast furnace slag,a new green artificial reef was investigated.The cementitous material is composed of 70%blast furnace slag,10%steel slag,10%clinker and 10%flue-gas gypsum.The aggregate is the steel slag,which is the product of molten steel slag after the process of tank-type hot disintegrating.The new green artificial reef has its compressive strength as 72.6 MPa and 96.2 MPa according to the 28-day standard curing and 240-day sea-water curing respectively and its apparent density of the artificial reefs concrete is 2926 kg/m3.Its surface pH value is 8.3,which is closed to the average value of sea water,after 7-day carbonation.Finally,by the detection of heavy metal ions,It can be found that the values of heavy metal ions are much lower than those of II soils according to Chinese standard of Environmental quality standard for soils.Therefore,the new green artificial reef can be safely used.
