摘  要:对双相不锈钢空泡腐蚀试样进行单侧电解减薄,用透射电镜研究了表面组织。结果表明,双相不锈钢表面存在非晶层、铁素体纳米晶、面心立方和渗碳体纳米晶;非晶层内存在大量球形泡,泡内部主要为非晶态,泡壁主要为铁素体晶体。此外,空泡溃灭产生的瞬时温度高达750 K以上。Duplex stainless steel sample producing cavitation erosion was thinned at one side through electrolyzing, and its surface structure was investigated with TEM as well. The results indicate that amorphous area, fen'ire nano-crystals, FCC nano-crystals and cementite nano-erystals exist in the surface of duplex stainless steel. A lot of spheric cavities exists within the amorphous area. The inner and wall of the cavities are mainly amorphous structure and ferrite crystal respectively. Furthermore, momentary temperature caused by break-off of the cavities will be 750 K or more.
