摘　　要："教授治学"是中国特色现代大学制度的一个重要组成部分。"教授治学"旨在促进学术自由,完善大学治理结构,推动大学去行政化。在高校治理结构中,以"教授治学"为代表的学术权力应居于主导地位,是"教授治学"而非"教授治校",并要以学生为本位。应通过重塑大学精神,完善相关法律法规,加强组织与制度建设,拓展"教授治学"外延,来实现"教授治学"。Professor＇ s academic governance is an important part of the modern Chinese university system. Its aims are to promote academic freedom, improve university governance structure, and enhance university administration. In the university administration structure, the prdessor＇ s academic governance, as the representative of the academic power,should take the leading position. Professors should manage the academic af- fairs rather than the administrative affairs,and students＇ interests should come flint.In order to achieve professor＇s academic governance, uni- vemlties should rebuild the university spirit,improve relevant laws and regulations,strengthen organization and systean construction,and expand the extension of professor＇s academic govemance.
