摘　　要：目的:探讨三踝骨折手术治疗方法及疗效。方法:回顾性分析2005年4月-2010年10月笔者所在医院手术治疗的三踝骨折患者的资料。结果:87例均得到随访,随访1～2年,平均15个月,骨折均愈合。以Bird-Jackson踝关节疗效评定标准评判,优良率94.3%。结论:早期手术治疗三踝骨折,积极的术后康复,可恢复踝关节的正常功能,获得满意治疗效果。Objective ：To explore the surgical treatment and effects for trimalleolar fracture.Methods ：From April 2005 to October 2010, we retrospectively analyzed the data of patients with trimalleolar fracture who were treated by ORIF.Results ：87 cases were followed-up （mean 15 months, range 1-2 years） ; Bone union occurred in all cases.And the total satisfactory rate was 94.3% with the Bird-Jackson criterion.Conclusion ：The early surgical treatment and systemic rehabilitation can help patients with trimalleolar fractures regain the normal function of ankle joint, and get a satisfactory effect.
