摘　　要：2008年美军网络严重感染蠕虫病毒,导致军事秘密泄露,为堵塞漏洞,美军开展了代号为"杨基鹿弹"的专项行动。本文由"杨基鹿弹"行动引起对我军移动存储介质安全保密管理的思考,分析了我军移动存储介质使用管理中存在的安全威胁,并提出安全防范建议。The worm virus did great damage to the network of US army in 2008, which gave rise to the leakage of military secrets. To solve this event, For blocking the vulnerability, US army launched the special action named ＂Operation Buckshot Yankee＂, This paper utilizes the ＂Operation Buckshot Yankee ＂to arouse and strengthen our management and understanding to the removable mass storage device,and analysis the security threats about using and managing the removable mass storage device of our Army.Finally, it puts forward some securiy precautions.
