摘　　要：文章阐述了信息化推动高校新生信息管理的重要意义,在分析高校新生信息管理事务的基础上,建立了新生信息数据流模型和业务逻辑架构,设计研发了一套基于B/S与C/S双模式相结合的新生服务管理信息系统。该系统的研究与应用,为提升高校信息化管理水平发挥了积极作用。This paper first illustrates the significance of informational feature promoting the universities freshmen information management. Then based on the analysis of the universities freshmen information affairs in management, a new freshmen information management data flow model and the business logic architecture are established. Next, a freshmen service MIS based on the B/S and C/S dual-mode was designed and developed. The research and application of this system have been played an active role in raising the information management level of universities.
