摘  要:针对当前自动装弹机故障检测系统不能适应部队野外条件下维修保障需要的问题,开发了一套便携式智能故障检测系统。在深入分析自动装弹机控制时序及工作原理的基础上,构建了系统总体设计方案;进行了电源电路、数据采集电路以及接口交互电路等硬件部分的设计,研究了系统的抗干扰技术;运用Visu-al Basic,开发了系统上位机数据分析软件。结合自动装弹机程序控制盒故障检测的实例,论证了该检测仪的实用性。Aimed at the problems of that present fault detection system for automatic loader can' t adapt the need of maintenance and support under field conditions,a set of portable intelligent fault detection was developed.On the basis of deeply analyzing automatic loader' s sequence control circuit and operating principle,the system overall design plan was built up;Circuit of the power,data acquisition circuit,mutual interface circuit and other hardware were designed,Anti-interference technology was studied;Data analysis software of upper computer system was developed by Visual Basic,The example of fault detection of automaticloader' s program control box has indicated that detecting instrument was practical.
