摘 要:中国托盘联营系统已经受到越来越多的重视,它能较大幅度地降低我国的社会物流成本。但是该系统尚未建立,该领域存在着企业规模偏小,服务网点数量不够,以及企业之间缺乏合作,各自为政等不足,无法将系统网络覆盖到全国。以联盟的方式将少数有实力的托盘企业联合起来,实现优势互补,是建立托盘联营系统的一种有效模式。为此,文章提出了采用2个阶段来精准选择托盘联营系统组成伙伴的解决方案,尤其在二次选择阶段中通过应用遗传算法来最优化地选定符合数量和质量要求的联盟伙伴。这为构建我国托盘联营系统提供了一种切实可行的技术解决方案。China Pallet System has been getting growing attentions, it can greatly reduce the total cost of logistics in China, but this System is still in the air, there are still many problems in it, for instance, the scales of enterprises are too small, the numbers of the branch networks are less enough, lack of cooperation between enterprises, etc. Thus fail to build systematic network to cover whole China. It's an effective mold that is to put a small number of powerful companies together and strengths mutual-complement to set up pallet system. The paper proposed a solution to select good partners for this union, which is to divide the process of partner selection into two parts, especially in the second selection stage through the application of genetic algorithm to optimize the quantity and quality to meet the requirements of the selected coalition partners. This approach provides a practical technology solution to build China Pallet System.
