摘  要:在考虑疏松砂岩稠油油田出砂和防砂生产利弊的基础上,通过适度出砂生产,使油井产能在一定程度得到提高。在推导出出砂带表皮系数模型和防砂表皮系数模型的基础上,建立适度出砂井产能评价模型,并对产能影响因素进行了敏感性分析。研究结果表明,产能随出砂带半径及渗透率的增大而提高,随着环空堆积砂厚度的增加和渗透率的降低而降低。与厚度相比,出砂带和环空堆积砂的渗透率对产能的影响更为明显。现场应用表明,不同防砂方式及防砂参数对适度出砂井的产能影响较大,应根据储层岩石粒度组成、泥质含量和矿物组分等多种因素选择合适的防砂方式及防砂参数,以期最大程度地提高油井产能。In view of the advantages and disadvantages of production with sanding and production with sand control,production with adequate sanding can increase productivity to some degree.The paper establishes productivity evaluation model for adequate sanding wells and carries out the analyses of sensitivity to productivity on the basis of deriving the skin factor models of both production with adequate sanding and production with sand control.The result shows that productivity increases with the increase in sanding radius and permeability and decreases with the increase in the height of heaped sand in the annulus between casing and tubing and with the decrease in permeability.Compared with the height of heaped sand in the annulus between casing and tubing,the permeability of sanding region and the heaped sand have larger effect on productivity.Field application shows that different sand control methods and parameters have great effect on productivity with adequate sanding and reasonable sand control methods and parameters should be chosen based on rock grain composition,clay content,mineral component and so on.
